A weekend of awards success for BGL Group
Good news for BGL Group as the company secures wins at two key industry awards. 
At an afternoon ceremony for the Post Digital Insurance Awards 2016 in London on Friday 18 November, our Digital Transformation team in Business Technology were named the winners of the Insurance Technology Digital Project Team of the year, while later that evening our Fusion Contact Centre in Sunderland held on to the title of North East Contact Centre of the Year for a second year at the North East Contact Centre Awards (NECCA) 2016 in Durham.

The Digital Project Team of the year award recognised the team for their rapid formation, implementation of design thinking methodology and focus on both technology innovation and customer-centric solutions in our industry. The team were delighted to be nominated and to receive the award, with a number of team members who worked on the first Design Thinking initiative there to collect it on the day. They’re looking forward to continuing their great work into next year with two new initiatives.
Fusion Contact Centres were delighted to triumph again at NECCA 2016, and are also shortlisted for Large Contact Centre of the Year at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards, to be announced at an event at the Park Lane Hilton in London on Monday 21 November.

BGL Group is also nominated for the Best Application of Technology award at the event, for the recent introduction of Speech Analytics software in our contact centres, in contention alongside other big names including Dixons Carphone, Eurostar and Marks and Spencers.
