Fusion provides multi-channel contact centre operations for brands and partners of the BGL Group and employs just over 1,100 people across two sites, one of which is in Sunderland where it has over 600 people on site with plans to grow in 2016.
As an official business partner of Sunderland AFC, Fusion will enjoy a range of rights including static perimeter and jumbo screen advertising at the Stadium of Light, along with digital and social media competitions for our supporters and matchday programme advertising as part of the agreement.
Fusion was recently named the North East Contact Centre of the Year 2015 at the prestigious North East Contact Centre Awards where it also scooped the Outstanding Contribution to the Community award.
