BGL’s insurance products have once again received the badge of quality from independent industry experts.
In its annual assessment of the car insurance market, Moneyfacts, a leading provider of personal finance data, awarded a range of BGL products four and five-star accolades.
Moneyfacts data is used throughout the UK financial sector and its ratings are awarded to those products that offer the most comprehensive range of standout features, setting them apart from the rest of the market.
Five stars were awarded to motor insurance provided by BGL’s own brands, Budget Insurance and Dial Direct, as well as the products of corporate partners RAC, Santander, M&S Bank and Post Office Money.
The ratings consider all policy features, as well as the competitiveness of cover limits, product delivery and customer service. The ratings are intended to give consumers extra confidence that their insurance policy offers all the protection they require.

Meanwhile one of BGL’s corporate partners, M&S, was awarded the Moneyfacts Car Insurance Provider of the Year, a title that recognises excellence in customer service within the insurance industry.
