Nick always goes the extra mile for the client. Working on the M&S unit it is essential that you deliver a high level of customer service, but Nick even exceeds that. We collect client compliments throughout the month - more than half are Nick’s and that's from a unit of 26. Nick won testimonial of the month for some fantastic feedback he got from one of his clients. He also won the "Customer Service Award" of 2016, because of his exceptional quality results over the year. He delivered an average result of 95%, which is exceptional.
