A little about the role:
Do you enjoying supporting tools and services such as Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, Mac OS and Windows, mobile phones, tablets and more? Do you get a kick out of resolving issues that get in the way of getting the job done? Working out of our Peterborough or London offices you will be supporting colleagues across multiple sites and from home so this role is more than just the usual Desktop Support one as you will also be covering asset management, VIP support, device procurement and build, new starter welcome calls, remote and in person troubleshooting & support, involvement in project delivery and everything in between.

If you are someone passionate about getting it right for the customer and calling it out where anything gets in the way of that being possible. This isn’t an easy ride. It will be demanding, it won’t be straight forward, but it will be rewarding and we all have an opportunity to make a real difference. We need more than a traditional technical expert, we need someone able to speak to those non technical in a way that makes them feel included in the processes rather than just a consumer of them.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products is a must. M365 is used across the business and is vital to our ability to get the job done.
- Strong Windows knowledge is also a must, with Mac OS knowledge a distinct advantage.
- Experience in Active Directory.
- Working knowledge of Intune / Endpoint Manager desirable.
- Working knowledge of ITSM tools is a must.
