As our UX researcher, you’ll create and manage the programme of UX Research to identify and design exceptional digital experiences for customers in the insurance sector.
Your success will be driven by your ability to lead on the UX research for new digital designs and propositions to deliver optimal customer outcomes. You’ll co-ordinate user insight groups, focus studies and qualitative research to identify and shape new digital solutions for customers.
Your passion and enthusiasm will engage and excite stakeholders across the business in respect of user centered design and as such you will collaborate on the delivery of a research activity programme within the Digital Proposition team in our Insurance, Distribution and outsourcing (IDO) division. Given the nature of our business, you will also adhere to all regulatory requirements, including FCA's Data Protection Act and Money Laundering regulations.

Will determine and communicate the needs, wants and expectations of our customers to drive our digital propositions
Be a champion of UX led research and design led thinking to deliver truly exceptional digital experiences
An excellent communicator who will promote understanding of UX research across IDO
Apply your experience with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods, applied in a UX/design environment
Familiar with multiple research techniques including one to one interviews, remote testing, focus groups, usability studies, online feedback and analytics, panel management
Solid understanding and proven application of good user centered design principles
Experience in co-ordination and presentation of findings to stakeholders at all levels to influence decision making
Ideally experienced in set up and managing a customer research lab
