At BGL Insurance, we’re looking for a UX Executive to join our team to support the creation of leading digital experiences for customers in the insurance industry, using research, insight and best in class design principles.
Working with our business and technology teams, you’ll create concept ideas, designs and path to execution from insights and best practice. Through applying relevant research, you’ll ensure the delivery of ongoing optimisations and journey enhancements to drive value for customers and BGLi through enhanced design.
You’ll design and create best in class digital experiences and journeys using the most effective mediums, forums and technologies. It’s key that you champion the customer experience within all elements of development lifecycle, developing and maintaining assets that enable continuous optimisation of online journeys and touchpoints.
Acting as a change owner, you’ll manage designs into production and ensuring quality of execution.
What will it take to be successful?
- Experience in development of online UX and journeys
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- Experience and skills in design in both eCommerce and Online Servicing
- Creative and commercial focus, creating value for customers and the business
- Experience in using relevant optimisation tools for research, design and prototyping
