You will be acting as a trusted advisor and leader to the testing community and reporting to the Senior Manager – Quality, you’ll have responsibility for the quality processes adopted throughout the Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and test automation within the department. As a Quality Lead, collaboration will be at the heart of everything you do and you’ll proactively engage, support and coach the use of improved test automation and working practices focused on testing and quality in all department teams. You will challenge the status quo and push through the changes to process to improve the quality of delivery.
As the Quality Lead you will oversee the development and maintenance of Test Automation frameworks and test suites, coaching and mentoring the use of test automation throughout all teams. You will also have the opportunity to lead the evolution of quality process and practices in Business Technology, contributing towards a Continuous Improvement Programme ensuring testing is at the forefront of all systems developments.

- You’ll be a champion for process improvement - ensuring it’s adopted across all department teams
- Hands on software testing experience within a multiple technology environment
- Experience in identifying and implementing change through continuous improvement
- Extensive hands on experience of test automation within an Agile environment
- Experience of different automation tools e.g. Selenium, QTP/UFT, Specflow
- Experience building test frameworks
- Experience of both functional and non-functional testing
- Ability to engage, motivate, influence and collaborate with different technical disciplines.
