a Support Analyst, you will provide support and system administration to
stakeholders of the BGL Life software applications to deliver great outcomes
for our customers.
will work with the Commercial Delivery, Customer
Hub and IT teams to identify recurring issues or themes which require
changes to prevent reoccurrence ensuring that systems or process issues are
raised and dealt with quickly and effectively.

prioritise and resolve issues, whilst undertaking systems administration tasks.

- Knowledge of the Life Insurance Business
- Good verbal and
written communication skills
- Experience of
collating information from different sources and developing an
- Some exposure to
undertaking analysis to identify patterns and themes
- Experience in
the preparation and presentation of reports and data
- Basic Knowledge
of SQL server
