Be our front facing 1st Line Support Advisor who looks after our people and our technical investment.
If you have a real passion for IT and would like to apply your technical knowledge and skills to help develop and maintain our IT systems and services, then this role is for you. As a Support Advisor you’ll provide first line support to internal system users in relation to desktop, telephony and facilities queries.
You will deliver knowledge in a focused form to solve specific technical and business problems on a reactive and proactive basis, ensuring that the productivity is enhanced, thereby further enabling the user to contribute to the business goals.
This is an initial 6 months fixed term contract position which comes with the opportunity of exposure within a diverse financial services company
What will it take?
To be successful in this role, you will ensure that all reported issues are recorded and resolved to the required standards and service levels. You will take responsibility for the full management of any issues reported, ensuring that you provide our customers with any necessary updates; escalating the issue where required and seeing it through to completion.
A distinct advantage would be your recent experience of working in a service desk / 1st Line Support role with desktop knowledge. If you are customer focused and self-driven with a passion for technology and have an inquisitive mind and can demonstrate an IT qualification to support your application, then you can go on to achieve success with us!
