We are looking for software engineers to join our partnerships team building solutions with some of the UKs largest brands. You'll be part of a team working on multiple projects across many different aspects of the business. You'll have a passion for quality and performance and also be able to communicate well with our external customers.

About you:

You're a passionate engineer who is able to work effectively with other people, not only with in the business but also be able to extend these skills, to work with technical and product teams of our external partners.


You thrive on working in teams, being heard and sharing the passion you have for creating software. You have a passion for building great software with the coolest new tech.


As a CtM engineer, you will have and be involved in:


•        Good working knowledge of OO and design patterns

•        Experience in Agile, including Lean, XP and Kanban

•        An unrivalled enthusiasm for new and emerging technologies

•        Work in a collaborative team environment with lots of pairing and mobbing

•        Be in an environment where you're encouraged to innovate and share your own ideas with monthly personal development 

•        Be responsible for the code you write and getting it live to customers with a test first deploy often approach (Build it, Run it, own it)


You will have:

•        Understanding of non-functional requirements, quality assurance and continued improvement methods.

•        Experience of JavaScript with focus on NodeJS or React.

•        Desire to work on the Full Stack and be able to find a solution to any problem

•        Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure or using containers.

•        Knowledge of TDD or test frameworks such as Mocha, Jasmine or Sinon.

•        Dedication to deliver high quality well tested software.
