We currently have an opportunity available for an analytical and influential Service Delivery Analyst to join our IDO division here at the BGL Group. Providing support, management and monitoring of IDO journeys, you will be a key member of the Monitoring and Alerting team, ensuring the robustness of the monitors and work with key internal stakeholders to ensure investigation or acceptance of abnormal trends.
Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager, you will maintain the availability of the right metrics for the Daily Performance Call and liaise with Support teams to investigate alerts. By developing an understanding of live IDO journey monitoring, you will ensure the development teams include all aspects of post-live performance and support the continuous improvement of team processes, monitoring systems and customer interactions.
You will also be able to influence internal stakeholders in ownership of IDO metrics, confidently communicating findings in a clear and consist manner.
