We are undertaking a massive recruitment drive for technical guru’s, engineers of brilliance and geeks extraordinaire to join us for one of the biggest technical/digital transformation projects in 2021/22. The Infrastructure team is about to undertake a massive project starting a technical separation of 3 businesses units into 3 organisations… this is a MASSIVE project and will take 9 to 12 months and will be the feather in the cap of any engineer!
A little bit about the role:
In the role of Senior Wintel Services Analyst, you’ll deliver business advantage by providing support on a wide range of Information Technology systems and services.
You’ll maintain stable, reliable and resilient systems in line with Service Level Agreements and Business demand. As a Senior Wintel Services Analyst, you’ll also be required to work on business infrastructure projects, identify potential trends in faults and make suggestions for service improvements.
You’ll be required to adhere to defined procedures & standards and be involved in the creation and evolution of new and existing processes.
You’ll be part of a team that is responsible for implementing, maintaining and improvement of Information Technology systems and services, as part of the team you’ll also guide and mentor less experienced colleagues.
- Provide Scripting and Exchange expertise
- Excellent server infrastructure technical knowledge (Hardware, Operating systems, Active Directory, Applications, Storage, Citrix, Database, Monitoring, Back Up, etc)
- Expert troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent Customer focus
- Thorough understanding of networking
