Product you will use your commercial acumen, digital product knowledge and
obsession with customer data to shape the vision and drive the performance of
CtM’s most successful proposition.
Is this you?
You have an outstanding track record of driving the growth of digital
products, through effective P&L management, in depth customer understanding
and the ability to read the direction of the market. You can combine and
translate these into a roadmap of incremental improvements covering commercial,
UX, CX and tech, constantly raising the bar of CtM’s product strategy.
You will provide amazing
customer experiences, outcomes and engagement which will be visible through
increased conversion rates and customer engagement scores. An adaptable
and flexible approach bringing along with excellent innovation and enthusiasm
is essential to deliver outstanding commercial value within this role.
