What’s the challenge?

At comparethemarket, we have an ambition to help the UK’s 5m+ small businesses simplify their admin burden and get the best deals by providing relevant products and an exceptional experience tailored to their needs.

We are developing and growing business comparison across a range of products and propositions through the effective use of internal resources and building strong partnerships with 3rd party partners. As senior product manager for SME you will deliver revenue and profit targets that have a discernible impact to the overall success of comparethemarket.

What will it take to be successful?

You are already an experienced Product Manager who has consummate relationship management skills, and experience influencing and mobilising internal resources. Additionally, you are someone who has collaborated with an external partner to deliver a service proposition. You will also be able to demonstrate:
  • Extensive experience as a product, commercial or relationship manager
  • Responsibility for delivering against revenue targets
  • Commercial acumen and ability to detail the key financial elements of a product or service proposition
  • Knowledge of the SME market (Desirable)
  • Having worked for a digital business (Desirable)

We work cross functionally with our Engineering, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Commercial teams to conceptualize, prioritise, plan and execute the development of new product features that differentiate us in the market to deliver a compelling customer experience.
