Our Senior Portfolio Manager role is a new and exciting opportunity to join our Data team at comparethemarket.com. This role will give you autonomy in managing the wide portfolio of Data team projects. Your role will be essential in orchestration of the Data Team’s contribution to comparethemarket.com’s strategic business and technical goals including, amongst other Data projects, the delivery of Data Team's contribution to the MarTech programme; particularly roll-out of Tealium and Adobe Analytics across the entire CTM online estate.
Prioritisation will be key, managing programmes and projects in line with timescales and our strategic goals & technical objectives. You’ll be organising, leading and grooming the backlog for various Data checkpoints aligned with comparethemarket.com’s wider programme delivery whilst managing the Data portfolio in terms of following process, reporting, driving delivery and flagging risks & opportunities; ensuring alignment to CTM priorities

• Experience of successfully managing multiple complex programmes, projects and senior stakeholders
• Attention to detail but ability to take a strategic viewpoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated team player with a collaborative, positive approach
• Experience in a fast-paced digital environment working with multiple agile delivery teams coordinating delivery
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and spot the game changers
• Ability to coach and influence others
