What’s the challenge?

Compare the Market CRM team are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to drive the ongoing performance of our CRM channel and implement tactical plans for improvement.

You’ll work alongside several teams across the business to bring new or optimised initiatives to our customers, driving the ongoing optimisation of customer lifecycles through customer insight. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Comms team to manage relationships from a planning perspective with our product teams. Being part of and contributing to the broader Data, Insights and Customer Marketing teams with the focus of striving for solutions to improving outcomes for our customers.

A key part of your role will be in the recognition of opportunities and challenges that need to be overcome to drive performance. You’ll develop fit for purpose reporting that will provide clarity on the channels performance amongst all key stakeholders, and support this with clear and accurate spend planning and reporting. Meaning you’ll be best placed to support the guidance of the teams’ focus, ensuring it is on the right areas to drive business and customer value.

As a performance driven and customer focused individual, you will also be able to demonstrate:

• An analytical mindset - you’ll have the ability to interpret insights into clear action plans to improve performance
• The ability to work with complex data sets and distill the key information
• Good stakeholder management skills as you’ll need to build strong working relationships cross functionally
• Your time management, prioritisation and organisational skills are key
• Experience in communicating data analysis to a varied audience
• A keenness for staying at the forefront of market-wide CRM and technology developments
