We’re looking for a talented and passionate Senior UX Research Manager to join and lead our UX research team for Compare the Market’s products and services. This role will have a significant impact through undertaking competitive analyses and research, measure end-to-end customer experience and propose significant areas for improvement to stakeholders.
This is an exciting time to come on board, as you’ll take the lead in driving customer focus within Compare the Market by using insight to highlight opportunities and defining our UX research strategy, whilst setting up and managing external research partnerships too.
You’ll evolve product, business and design goals into research plans, applying appropriate research methods. You’ll be working with our product, business and design teams to identify and prioritise these research opportunities.
As part of this role you will develop the in-house research team capabilities, manage the in-house research facility, and participant recruitment partnership and be responsible for the research program’s execution and success.
What will it take:
- Experience in UX research
- Experience leading qualitative and quantitative customer research
- Ability to drive insights that result in a deeper understanding of the customer and improve the experience
- A strong leader, with experience working with in-house and agencies
- Experience presenting research results and recommendations to audiences ranging in seniorities.
