our Insurance Distribution and Outsourcing division (IDO), we have a Business
Technology (BT) function consisting of ~250 people, loosely organised into
portfolios each of which consists of several cross-functional agile software
delivery teams. As our Senior Manager – Operation Insights, you’ll sit within
the TechOps strand within BT taking responsibility to build out a world-class
monitoring and alerting system that helps IDO understand how our 10 million
customers interact with our systems in real-time.
