Head of Sales – Life Insurance
BGL Life are currently recruiting for a Head of Sales to join their team to drive the life division’s expansion into the intermediary sales channel. As a new position for the business, you would help shape and create our strategy for successful market entry and put plans in place for sustained growth of the BGL brands in the channel over the medium term. You will onboard, own and develop all of the key intermediary relationships and suppliers to support our success in the channel. You are in a unique position here to shape and mould this role around your skills, experience and expertise.

As Head of Sales you will first identify key distributor partners for BGL Life and successful lead on their onboarding & integration. You will be expected to provide Best in Class partner management, identifying win-wins for growth and owning the B2B sales and marketing plan to drive familiarity and awareness of BGL brands. In role you will work with the product team to deliver a comprehensive proposition roadmap for the intermediary channel whilst also collaborating with the wider distribution and partnerships team to align approach to commercial negotiation and brand strategies.
