Senior Manager Display and Programmatic Media – 9 Month FTC

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and resilient Senior Display and Programmatic Media Manager to join our comparethemarket.com division. In this role you will cost effectively deliver customer and revenue growth through the innovative use of display, social and programmatic media channels across Mobile and Desktop environment.

 

You will develop and implement a display and programmatic strategy that delivers against customer and revenue KPIs, whilst working closely with CRM and Planning teams, as well as external media agencies and partners. Furthermore, you will coordinate audience, creative and messaging requirements to deliver highly targeted experiences across display, social and programmatic channels.

 

Supporting a culture of continuous test and learn, you will leverage AdTech capability and 1st/2nd/3rd party data opportunities to continually deliver outstanding results. You will also act as thought-leader for all display, social and programmatic activity, offering expertise and ensuring consistency in approach.


What will it take?

  • Significant experience of developing and executing successful cross-channel, multi-product display and programmatic marketing plans within a fast moving and entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience of successfully leading activity across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to re-engagement
  • Proven ability to assess and develop high performing creativity across a range of formats, working within brand guidelines
  • Demonstrable agency management skills
  • Experience of managing £multi-million budgets, with the ability to accurately report on effectiveness
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
  • Experienced in a wide range of Ad Technology platforms, including DMP and Google Tech Stake (DBM, Adwords, GA360 Suite), as well as DSPs
