our Senior Manager - Brand & Communications you will work alongside the
Head of Marketing to develop
and deliver the brand strategy and integrated marketing communications.
You will oversee all creative production (TV and
other channels) and customer communications for all BGL Life brands, with a
focus on Beagle Street. You’ll manage our creative agency to deliver work that
is on time, on brief and to the required quality standards. In addition you
will execute highly effective customer research in order to deliver actionable
insights which will ensure our brand and communications approach are best in
This role gives you the
opportunity to have a hand in developing a second-to-none brand and creative
strategy. You will produce new TV Commercials, and you will be the go-to person
on the team for all communications, helping the digital team (and other
channels which are opened) to develop their collateral.
Joining a high-performing Marketing team, you will work
across functions to ensure all brand communications are integrated. You will be
a brand guardian and ensure that creative work is consistently executed and in
line with our brand and it’s positioning.
What will it take to
be successful as a Senior Manager – Brand & Communications?
- A professional, dependable and confident
persona with an ability to influence at all levels
- Strong multichannel marketing skills,
including an understanding of TV production and digital creative
- Excellent attention to detail with focus
on overall delivery within agreed timescales
- Previous experience of leading agency
relationships, with a focus on managing and developing a brand
- Strong campaign management experience
- Can do attitude with the ability to
multi task in a fast paced environment
