Senior Manager – Marketing Planning & Performance
BGL Life have a fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Manager within Marketing Planning & Performance to join their dedicated, digitally orientated team. The purpose of this role is to create and deliver effective integrated media plans that achieve both marketing and business objectives, using the full range of digital and offline marketing channels. Heading up an internal performance marketing team you will need to have a flair for both people management and strategic thinking to drive the growth of the BGL Life business.
As the Senior Manager in Marketing Planning & Performance you will drive development of an integrated media strategy and plans for BGL Life. You’ll work across the full range of channels; from optimizing TV and Radio plans, to executing & refining digital marketing channel strategies, and testing new channels, all with the aim of achieving marketing effectiveness and volume targets.
Within your role, you will support the Associate Director of Marketing & Distribution, in delivering acquisition performance across a range of marketing channels, taking a highly analytical approach to ensure that our activity is delivering the optimal ROI. You will be expected to take ownership of all performance metrics and drive a range of tactical & strategic changes to continually improve performance.
To keep one step ahead, you will need to keep a close eye on competitor and non-competitor’s media activity, adjusting plans with industry changes and ensuring that all marketing activity is in accordance with FCA requirements. Where improvements can be made you will advise on developing and testing new strategies that drive customer acquisition.
