This is a fantastic opportunity to join us at Compare the Market as a Senior Insight Analyst on a 12 month FTC. Your role will be pivotal in delivering engaging and actionable customer-led insight through analysis and impactful visualisation on social and digital data trends.  

You’ll be joining our Data Insights team and we’re on a journey to drive data-led change. This role will be key is gathering and shaping stakeholder requirements (often through high level briefs) and managing the end-to-end process for planning, maintaining and delivering social and digital insights within the team. You’ll have the opportunity to work autonomously and work with best-in-class application of social listening and media analytics. The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders will be essential, working collaboratively across multiple teams (Product Marketing, Commercial) and develop, maintain and own strong relationships with 3rd party social and digital analytic service providers.  

What will it take?
•    Experience of owning the insights story, agency or client-side
•    Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
•    Capable of building robust and efficient queries in social listening tools/NLP such as NetBase and Quid
•    Experience with digital trend tools such as SimilarWeb Pro
•    Working knowledge of wider market & competitor research methodologies and use of social data to complement insight
