Our aim is to deliver first class business intelligence and to help us with this we’re seeking a motivated Senior HRIS Analyst Developer who can really shape, drive and grow their work within MI.
As a Systems Expert your role will be to lead technical configuration, development and on-going process improvement of HR IT Systems to satisfy business requirements and assure quality throughout the development life cycle. This will include the development of self-service capability, data migration and data interfaces across multiple platforms such as Oracle Cloud, Taleo and Microsoft services.
This role would suit somebody who is a data driven technical developer with strong infrastructure/back-end architecture experience, ideally with an Oracle E-Business Suite background, and is looking to gain more exposure to HCM Cloud.
This position is a full-time 12 month contract initially.
What will it take?
• Expert level knowledge and experience of system configuration and administration of the Oracle platform and applications.
• Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels.
• Previous experience in a ‘hands on’ HR systems support role.
• Working knowledge of HR SaaS solutions in Oracle HCM/Payroll.
