We have an exciting 6 months fixed term contract opportunity for someone to lead the people agenda for Compare the Market’s operating model transformation. You will lead, shape and drive the people aspect of this programme end to end to help deliver this transformation successfully. This role would suit someone who has experience in successfully leading the HR agenda in a similar transformation to an agile operating model. 
 
Skills and Experience required 
 
•Strong HR and Organisational Design experience
•Significant programme and project management experience of leading large-scale change people transformation programmes in complex organisations  
•Strong analytical skills, can identify and manage risk across the programme and mitigate appropriately
•You will be comfortable with change in a fast paced environment and have a solutions focussed approach
•Strong influencer able to provide updates and counsel to senior stakeholders, managing challenges effectively to navigate wide-reaching business issues and deliver strategic objectives
•Programme or project management accreditations or training preferable (eg, PRINCE, MSP, APM)
•Ability to coach and work collaboratively with business and HR colleagues
•Demonstrable experience working within regulated environments
