HR Business Partner
We currently have an opportunity for an
experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join the BGL Group. As a
key partner, sitting on Executive Team Boards, you will be able to maximise
performance and create a competitive advantage through our people.
Playing a pivotal role in strategic and
operational change, you will support the development and implementation of HR
strategies that fulfil the requirements of the business as it continues to grow
and develop. In addition, you will provide an advisory service on people
issues, ensuring feedback is effectively delivered where appropriate as well as
providing guidance and support in all aspects of the people agenda, utilising
centres of excellence as required. By demonstrating a strong work ethic and
having the ability to build rapport quickly, you will work as part of the
relevant Executive Teams, delivering the relevant support and challenging where
What will it take to be successful as a Senior HR Business Partner?
- Be qualified in either CIPD, Psychometric or other Occupation
qualifications, HR, Talent or Development related
- Experienced working in a fast-paced and commercial environment
- Be experienced in effective stakeholder management and engagement at
Senior leader level
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and large scale business changes
- Successfully deliver high level written and verbal presentations
- Proven experience of delivering HR solutions, across multiple functions
with multiple senior stakeholders.
