We are currently looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our innovative and forward thinking Junction Division. This role will utilise all of the skills and experience listed above and more!

What will you do?

Let’s start with who Junction are… Established in 2002, Junction designs tailored affinity insurance models for our partners based on their technology, distribution and product requirements. Working with some of the UK’s top consumer brands and insurers, we specialise in insurance outsourcing for Motor, Home and Life. We are well known for our pricing, distribution and data expertise.


Now, getting back to the role in question… This will be a busy role delivering insight to the Management Team to allow the division to deliver on their long-term strategy.


This will include technical tasks such as establishing and maintaining financial processes for partner accounting, planning and forecasting partner performance, delivering and developing partner reporting and overseeing internal reporting and analysis.


This diverse role will allow you the opportunity to assess and challenge processes and performance and strategically lead the team and our partners to deliver Divisional objectives.

Are you a qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) and experienced Finance Manager? Have you recently had a huge focus on financial reporting and controls in your most recent role(s)? How would you rate your people management skills?
