As a Senior CRM Executive
for comparethemarket.com, you will deliver
creative and hyper relevant customer communications – championing the end

Joining a high performing CRM
team, you’ll be strongly supported in your development and encouraged to play a
vital role in the success of our customer marketing programme, seeking new
opportunities to creatively enhance our campaigns to achieve further success in

team to be the same, working collaboratively with our Brand, Digital and Product
teams to deliver second-to-none customer communications. Whether you’re
processing a data brief with our wider CRM team, or building out a wider
campaign for a customer rewards initiative you will add value through your
methodical approach and willingness to learn and deliver for CRM.
What will you be
responsible for as a Senior CRM Executive?
Reporting into the CRM Campaign Manager, you will support the
delivery and development of campaign build experiences.
Work across functions to deliver customer communications
across all touchpoints, developing your build skills to work with Data
Scientists and data insights to deliver relevant omni-channel communications.
Build email elements within the campaign
management tool (RedPoint) and develop skills to build complex audience
selections and create personalised campaigns.
Edit existing HTML templates updating the
copy and imagery according to relevance.
Monitor and highlight key campaign
engagement performance insights.
Liaise with our wider CRM team to seek new
opportunities and improvements to the customer marketing programme that will
drive business metrics.
What will it take to
verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to tailor tone/content
in order to confidently create our customer
Prior experience useful but not essential in a busy
and demanding role, being able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise
according to business needs.
A proactive and adaptable nature with great
Photoshop or graphic design skills would be
advantageous, but a real willingness to learn and develop is key.
An ability to interpret data or previous experience
in date role useful.
