As Senior Manager Direct Marketing you will develop
and implement the offline media strategy for BGL Life, with specific ownership
for the delivery and success of our main channel, Direct Response TV (DRTV) and
particular responsibility for delivering or exceeding our sales and Net Income
targets within target CPA.

growing you will own the marketing plan and reforecasts for Direct channels,
ensuring clear communication to drive trading performance. You will be
instrumental in defining the way that we market to our customers and the
maximisation of direct marketing effectiveness, from media and competitor
insight to managing our TV delivery.Day to day you’ll manage execution in all Direct
channels campaigns (in particular DRTV), monitoring budgets and agency
performance so ensuring that results are maximised within CPA targets. A strong
relationship builder you will work closely with the Brand & Comms Manager,
digital marketing team and the wider business, to develop a communication plan
that will support media strategy to ensure commercial delivery in your
