As a Senior Manager, CRM Planning, you will build and evolve the CRM plan to increase customer retention and loyalty, delivering sustained business growth.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the right activity is in place to cost-effectively deliver against business objectives, working with the data insight team to define and leverage the customer insights roadmap, and the customer communications team to shape and develop audience test and learn plans across all direct channels and touchpoints.

This role gives you the opportunity to work alongside the Digital Media and ATL planning teams to develop a coherent Marketing plan, injecting a solid understanding of customer insights and behaviours to shape and develop the CRM Planning processes.
Reporting to the Associate Director – CRM for the Compare the Market Marketing team, you will support CRM agencies and partners to ensure maximum value from CRM activity and lead a team to develop the planning of CRM programs and campaigns. You will challenge the accepted ways of working and gain feedback to improve performance and quality.
What will it take to be successful as Senior Manager, CRM Planning?
• Senior CRM Planning experience within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, using customer insights and channel knowledge to develop coherent CRM plans
• Proven ability to effectively balance customer, product and campaign requirements to deliver against macro business goals
• Experience in the development of a test and learn plan to evolve customer communications
• Experience of working with large budgets and data sets
• Proven ability to balance short and long-term objectives to deliver sustained business growth
