Your responsibilities:
As part of the senior leadership team, you’ll lead a new set of teams to deliver software programmes focusing on commercial change, regulatory change and new strategic projects, from design through to delivery.
  • Will lead a high performing team to deliver exceptional results
  • Are driving multiple work streams to increase our technology, proposition or operational capability
  • Embed a culture of innovation and customer centricity
  • Collaborate with a wide number of stakeholders to achieve business goals

What will it take to be successful as a Senior Change Delivery Manager at BGL Tech? 
  • Experience in delivering programmes within a fast paced agile environment
  • Demonstrable experience of design and delivery of propositions,  journey optimisation and software solutions
  • Facilitation of innovation driving business results
  • Understanding of user-centered, solutions architecture and strategic design principles
  • Exceptional communications skills, able to leverage creative and visual techniques to articulate and to explain your thinking
  • Excellent external and internal stakeholder management
  • Leadership and people management
  • Budget management
  • Innovative and enthusiastic
Due to the nature of our exciting expansion, we want to ensure you are inducted fully into our environment. As such, we require flexibility to accommodate working between Peterborough and Sunderland for an interim period as part of your onboarding experience. Details will be discussed throughout the interview process.
