Being a Receptionist at BGL Group is certainly a unique experience! Meeting and greeting a variety of people, from the execs to the postman!  Given the size of our business, you can expect everyday to bring a new challenge daily that will require the same professional approach and business acumen. The position is 16.5 hours per week, working Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, 12-30 – 6pm, with the opportunity to work at BGL Group's or Comparethemarket.com's Head Office in Orton Southgate from time to time.

This role is imperative to the smooth operation of our Bretton Office through co-ordinating the booking of meeting rooms and booking pool vehicles, processing and distribute post/mail as well as the creation and issuing of ID Cards for staff and visitors.

You’re a natural at creating and maintaining a professional image and will be representing our brand values in a positive way, so this will be a synch for you! Being the person you are, you want to add value and deliver outstanding customer service in a passionate and confident manner.
 
What will it take?
• Ideally previous receptionist or customer facing role
• In-depth experience of a busy corporate style reception
• Excellent customer service skills both face-to-face and over the phone
• Outstanding ability to present a good company image
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to cover holiday and sickness across both sites (Orton Southgate & Bretton)
