Here in IT Operations, we're on the lookout for an Infrastructure Project Coordinator to assist with gathering and scoping out initial project timelines and milestone.
 
With a general understanding of project management principles, this junior level role will have responsibility for negotiating and securing key individuals for projects and liaising with project managers to ensure that work is not overlooked or duplicated.
 
As a key member of the project team, your remit will be to support Project Managers with delivery, communicate and liaise with IT Ops teams to ensure project prioritisation and demonstrate your creativity with ideas and processes.
 
You’ll be confident in making changes in the project plan and be responsible for the delivery of single projects where the requirements are well defined, ensuring that key stakeholders are identified and communication to them is managed effectively. You won’t necessarily have full project lifecycle experience but knowledge of elements of project management is required.
 
What will it take to be successful an Infrastructure Project Coordinator?
We’d like you to have demonstrable experience of working on IT projects; either as a resource for project work or ideally assisting with requirements gathering, initial planning and reporting, knowledge and experience of the project lifecycle that includes high level definition and scoping of projects, business case development, project planning and implementation.
