What’s the challenge?
Compare the Market are looking for a Product Manager to join our product team and deliver exceptional, meaningful and innovative experiences which drive customer loyalty and business value.
The Product Team is an integral part of Compare the Market and are responsible for driving the evolution and the success of our digital products and experiences to ensure the successful adoption, engagement and retention of customers. We work cross functionally with our Engineering, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Commercial teams to conceptualize, prioritise, plan and execute the development of new product features that differentiate us in the market - to deliver a compelling customer experience.
As the Product Manager, Design Systems you will be passionate about digital product and have a deep understanding of customer behaviours garnered through digital analytics, customer interview and usability studies. You are a capable problem solver that can balance the trade-offs between viability, feasibility, usability and customer value, and you are a leader that others willingly want to follow, trust and support. You have an interest in design systems and some experience of building, or evolving, one in the past.
This role can be based out of either our London or Peterborough office combined with working from home flexibly.

As an experienced Product Manager, you’ll demonstrate your:
- Analytical acumen
- Experience in building hypotheses and validating customer needs
- Product management experience of a complex design system spanning web and app
- Ability to actively contribute to and influence technical discussions with engineers
- Creative problem-solving skills and experience of working in an Agile environment
- Stakeholder influencing skills
