As a Partnerships Development Manager, you will ensure effective management and development of key relationships to deliver incremental value to our customers, our business and our partners.

In this role you will be responsible for managing key partnerships, by taking ownership of the partner business plans; delivering against a roadmap of objectives, analysing performance and spotting opportunities for improvement. You will take responsibility for data reporting, and key risk controls.

As you are comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, you will be able to deliver market leading partnerships that contribute to a robust partnerships portfolio, providing visibility on project status where needed.

Working within the commercial team within Compare the Market, you will support by working across the team to identify, risks, dependencies and opportunities, whilst identifying process improvements and work actively to remove waste from processes and uncovering business value.

What will it take to be successful as Partnerships Development Manager? 

  • Experience of managing relationships and delivering new initiatives to drive performance
  • Good technical understanding of financial services market and associated propositions
  • Commercial astuteness
  • Understanding of making decisions based on data analysis
  • Ability to anticipate and overcome barriers to achieving results
  • Proven skills in resolving issues via ownership or escalation as appropriate
