Operational Support Analyst


We currently have an opportunity for an Operational Support Analyst to join our IDO division. As a resilient and knowledgeable individual, you will provide support to the WebOps team, completing key analytical and administration activities relating to GDPR/DSG, IBMI Security, System Upgrades/Failovers as well as other business as usual operational tasks.

In this role you will work closely with the Senior Process Analysts, ensuring all administration and project ground work is completed as required and provide help to devise ongoing system upgrades and failover project plans, working to ensure resources are arranged to support such plans. Furthermore, you will complete audit and verification activity relating to GDPR requirements for Business Technology and other IDO Technical teams, whilst providing support for ongoing DSG processes as required.
