Assistant to work in the busy marketing team supporting two Directors.
Is this you?
In terms of day to day activity, this role will be
responsible for delivering first class administrative support. You will quickly understand the changing
needs and priorities of the Directors which will involve organising complex meetings,
preparing documents and planning and coordinating travel which will be a large
part of your role, along with e-mail and diary management. You’ll work as part of the team and offer
flexible support to colleagues when required.
What will it take?
You will need experience of working at Director level and
working in a busy environment. You will be
able to demonstrate substantial administrative experience and excellent written
and oral communications skills. You’ll
be IT literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in
particular Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Wherever you’ve gained your experience
