As a Marketing Manager for our Junction Marketing team,
you’ll develop, deliver and optimise innovative and cost-effective marketing
strategies and propositions that support both our own business objectives, and
those of our well-known affinity partners.

Using key customer insights and
data analysis, you will develop and analyse differentiated strategic marketing
initiatives, driving cost efficiencies with clear attribution. Leveraging
internal and external capabilities, you’ll confidently lead marketing
strategies and ensure that all marketing collateral complies with regulatory
Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll support
the wider Marketing team to deliver its objectives and goals to contribute to
the success of our partners and the BGL Group. As a line manager to a Senior
Marketing Executive, you will be able to spot opportunities for them to
develop, offering guidance and marketing expertise when required.
What will it take
to be successful as a Marketing Manager?
Previous experience of working with
affinity partners, external agencies and key internal stakeholders, at all
Strong analytical ability and commercial
skills, with knowledge of how to effectively optimise customer data and
insights for the effective conceptualisation and delivery of on and offline
marketing campaigns and propositions
A professional industry accredited
qualification, ideally within a marketing (or similar) discipline i.e. CIM, IDM
Resilience, with the ability to manage
multiple priorities at one time, trying new things and adapting quickly if they
don’t work out first time
