As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the delivery of the product content and distribution to meet our business Organic Performance (OP) KPI’s.
In this role you will be responsible for the delivery and distribution of digital marketing assets including; Editorial content, creative campaigns, long form articles, video content and CRM content - executing highly engaging and impactful content that aligns to OP KPI’s.
You will lead on a number of content marketing streams, juggling several projects at a very fast pace. You will need to drive delivery with strong internal and external relationship management, while providing motivation and vision to your team.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Organic Performance, within Compare the Market’s marketing team, you will take a leadership role on our editorial process which ensures content delivery is aligned to wider marketing communications and on Brand. You will need to demonstrate strong project delivery skills and demonstrate great operation/process lead behaviours to all work streams. You will be unafraid to admit failures and learn from them; encouraging, mentoring and developing your team along the way.

• Strong demonstration of process implementation
• Good analytic and reporting experience
• Strategic experience to deliver concise digital marketing experience for customers
