Salary between £24,582 - £25,082 (inclusive of shift allowance)

Up to £500 monthly bonus dependant on performance

 We have an exciting opportunity for Lead Life Insurance Consultants to join our BGL Life team based at our Bretton Contact Centre, providing you a unique opportunity to sell and support the Life Insurance product over the phone as well as through Webchat, social media and email. 

 Through effective questioning listening our consultants have the ability to understand our customer needs to ensure their requirements are met while delivering a market leading customer experience.

As a Lead Life Consultant, you will take ownership of any past, current or potential issues to ensure our customers are delivered exceptional customer service first time every time

To remain a leading market provider, we also want our Lead Life Consultants to continually improve customer experience and commercial performance through sharing insights into customer feedback, experience and trends

 So, do you have the following?

  • Proven track record of exceptional sales performance
  • Experience of delivering customer excellence in a fast-paced multi-channel environment
  • Self-motivated to deliver against performance targets whilst maintaining quality standards
  • Strong communication skills - Written & Verbal
  • Emotional resilience, rapport building and empathy
  • Ideally experience within the insurance industry
  • Good attention to detail
  • Adaptable to change
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
