This isn’t a typical Business Analyst role; we’re looking for a Leader to work at programme level and take ownership of the BA community to meet the strategic needs of our Business Technology teams. You’ll shape, define and monitor best practice and key competencies within your BA community to ensure that we continue to raise the bar to deliver at pace and quality with a continuous improvement mindset.
You’ll be a natural leader and exceptional people-person to confidently articulate the strategic direction for Business Analysis and delivering or advising on complex change to materialise our digital change agenda. You’ll easily make sense of complex or undefined business visions, creating structure, removing ambiguity, and championing simplicity.
A standout quality of yours is helping to balance customer, commercial and technical outcomes.

This is a 6-9 months FTC role.
What will it take to be successful as a Lead Business Analyst?

If you are someone who thrives in a fast paced commercial and technical environment then this is the role for you. When we meet you’ll need to demonstrate clear and concise communication skills with confidence to audiences at all levels. You’ll articulate your innovative and analytical skills through effective facilitation, questioning and elicitation techniques.
We need someone who is naturally curious about acquiring new knowledge about best practice and bringing this to the table when it matters to influence change.

You’ll ideally have the following skills and experience:

• Evident business analysis experience operating or contributing significantly at a strategic level
• Easily manage expectations with multiple complex workstreams & stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Considered a leader in agile methodologies and Lean thinking methods and practices across teams
• Demonstrable experience of leading BAs across the department both in terms of professional development and complex analysis
