first key focus is leading on a commercially high-profile Telecoms-based
project, kicking off with significant influence over the success of our Digital
Voice programme. We’re using the next generation of artificial intelligence
(AI) to enable customer conversations to happen without the need of a dialling
into a customer service representative.
therefore provide technical solutions and design assurance to business
requirements, specifically focused on transforming and re-platforming our
contact centre from on premise to a cloud voice solution.
In addition to this programme of change this is a broader opportunity to
join our team as an Infrastructure Solutions Architect and be responsible for
the delivery of infrastructure solutions across the business. You’ll be using
your breadth of skills to ensure a high standard of technical delivery, keeping
up our great reputation.
What will it take to be successful as an Infrastructure Solutions
Must have for this role:
of designing solutions within an enterprise call centre environment &
knowledge of call centre workflows
across infrastructure platforms - managing virtual estates, networking
concepts, cloud environments
presentation skills, able to communicate technical solutions
Highly advantageous but not essential:
as a Service (PaaS) skills in an AWS environment
with Operational Governance controls and processes, and with Information
Security good practice
work ethic, self-motivated, able to plan and organise workloads
to motivate, and inspire, other technical colleagues
