We are now on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of infrastructure solutions from the translation of business requirements through to technical requirements, to providing advice, assessing impact and managing resource to propel project success. As a Project Manager you’ll apply your excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholder at all levels to clearly communicate updates, initiatives and activities, implementing tailored formats and tools. You are likely Prince 2, Agile or APM qualified and passionate about effective communication and leading delivery.
Within our digitally focused FinTech organisation you’ll deliver entire lifecycle technical infrastructure projects working to agreed costs, timescales and quality. Using the appropriate resources available to deliver projects to these parameters, you’ll ensure all delivery procedures are fully and comprehensively documented and regularly reviewed and updated. As part of this role you’ll have the opportunity to suggest alternative methods and tools, including platforms and technologies to aid business understanding of proposed solutions.

What will it take to be successful as an Infrastructure Project Manager?
• Extensive experience at leading the delivery of infrastructure projects where the requirements may be unclear or where a rapid reaction to change is needed.
• Highly experienced in Waterfall or Agile environments and delivering projects using those methods and associated tools.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to create clear delivery plans highlighting critical path and resource constraints
• Understanding of project budgets with regard to Capex and Opex.
