We are looking for an Implementation Technical Lead to join our growing Data Team at This role will be pivotal in continuing the great work already in progress, implementing our roadmap of changes and improvements to the sales file integration process across our new business ventures and partners, working with internal and external stakeholders and the broader and Data Team. 

Working directly with our panel of partners, in this role you will use your technical skills to support and lead the panel member through to delivery, ensuring that improvements to daily sales files and tagging are implemented successfully and that quality measures and deadlines are met.  You’ll also be working closely with our Big Data Engineers, translating business requirements and analysis findings into tasks for the engineers, as we start work on the next phase of changes.  You’ll be responsible for the escalation of any issues to the partners, relationship manager or manager and you’ll ensure that best practices are always followed.  Reporting and taking a proactive approach to monitoring will also be an important element of this role.

You’ll be supporting each project end-to-end from inception to delivery and beyond. Collaboration will be key, working with a variety of stakeholders to understand business requirements, help establish priorities, benefits and dependencies and to drive our success. You’ll make sure that the information flow is effective, ensuring all team members & stakeholders are well informed on strategic, commercial and technical agendas so that visibility on project status can be provided. You’ll have the opportunity to facilitate learning through running showcases, inceptions, refinements and planning, actively sharing best practices across the team.

What will it take?
SQL experience 
Excellent communication skills with the ability to flex your communication style to a mixture of technical and non-technical audiences
Stakeholder management with internal and externals 
Experience working on similar improvement/ change projects
Analytical skills with great attention to details (SQL, Excel or other similar tools)
Experience aggregating information and producing reports
