As an HRIS Analyst you will play a key role in developing a broader involvement across HR systems and have the chance to build upon your systems expertise!
This isn’t a typical HR analyst developer role, you will be pivotal in functional design and configuration as you’ll own the entire customisation library, including (but not limited to) reports, extracts, workflows, fast formulae and templates. You’ll also apply and create relevant and appropriate governance to include documentation of design specs and test scripts.
HR and Payroll experience (preferably in Oracle ERP products) will be the key to success in this role and within your remit you’ll also configure and support inherited custom components, including system security models and you’ll maintain and develop HR business intelligence, including self service capability via Oracle BI.

What will it take to be successful as an HRIS Analyst?
• Our requirements are for a technical enthusiast with previous exposure to the software development lifecycle in a business support environment.
• Your appreciation for HR terminology and operations combined with your experience as a systems analyst is the best place to start.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM or equivalent would be a distinct advantage; however, any other HR system experience and third party supplier management would position you strongly for success in this role.
