What’s the challenge?

As Product Manager for our Home Services (Home, Pet, Energy and Digital), you will take on the responsibility for building digitally enabled customer focused product experiences, with direct impact on delivering our product strategy and driving revenue growth across each product group.
Your passion for the customer and focus on creating outstanding experiences will position you perfectly to work with our internal teams to build market-leading products and journeys derived from data-driven insight.

You will be involved in a range of strategic challenges; however, equally as important is your ability to get involved operationally in tasks such as: managing product back-logs; analysing performance data and developing customer insights; and working with our technology teams to implement changes, ensuring ongoing continuous health and improvement of the services and features.

What will it take to be successful?

A passion for digital products is vital, and combined with your experience in eCommerce or UX, you will also be able to demonstrate:
  • Experience working in an agile digital product environment
  • Outstanding consumer understanding and a drive to master digital analytics and performance metrics to solve any issues and improve consumer experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of Home Services products and digital propositions (Desirable)
  • A sound understanding of key marketing principles and drivers (desirable)
