We’re now looking for a self-motivated and experienced finance professional looking to join our Insurance Distribution and Outsourcing (IDO) team as our Finance Manager.
Within this role you’ll be key in supporting accurate and consistent Financial Reporting in the IDO Pillar with a strong focus on controls and process improvement.
You’ll develop a deep understanding of the Insurance business models and Claims Journey. You’ll also manage the IDO Fixed Asset register including the controls process and develop and maintain effective and efficient Financial Control processes.
You’ll manage the production and presentation of accurate and timely management account information. You’ll also assist with information requests for IPO and manage PLC environment reporting and controls.
What will it take?
We are looking for someone who is fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA. You'll also have a strong work ethic, high standards of self, able to be flexible and adaptable in order to get the job done and ability to work under pressure when deadlines approach.
You’ll bring excellent organisational skills, including time management, task prioritisation for self and others and self-motivation.
You’ll have excellent communication skills and good inter-personal skills at all levels. You’ll also pay excellent attention to detail and have Advanced Excel and Access skills and experience.
