A 2-year programme designed to build a strong foundation in Digital Experience. You’ll have up to 4 rotations across our brands and across different digital disciplines such as Product, Search Engine Optimisation, UX Design & UX Research. You’ll be supported by a rigorous development programme that includes a mentor and study for a relevant qualification.

In France, LesFurets.com had its strongest year to date, as it broadened its product offering into energy, current accounts, mortgages and consumer loans. It was named named as the no.3 digital brand in France behind YouTube and Google (YouGov Buzz ranking)
Our Insurance, Distribution and Outsourcing were awarded Personal Lines Broker of the Year at the 2018 British Insurance Awards and we launched Jaunt
BGL Life launched over 50s guaranteed life insurance brand FiftyLife joining our established brand BeagleStreet.com
Our Digital teams lead in the delivery of these exceptional digital customer experiences, driving transformational propositions from research and insight, to design and delivery.
This Graduate programme is designed to develop digital specialists; talented graduates like you who enjoy turning insights taken from data and research into solutions that enhance the experiences of customers. You’ll help us ensure there is always a customer centric approach to design digital propositions gaining experience across the end-to-end digital customer journey with some of our beloved brands.
After induction with your BGL Graduate community, you’ll move into your first rotation. Rotations across our programme could include:
UX Research; you’ll have the opportunity to work on multiple projects, managing and delivering impactful research that benefits our customers. You’ll identify the best research methods to help develop new ideas and ways of working to solve customer problems.
UX Design; turning data and real-time insights from Research to solutions that solve customer pain points ensuring we stay at the forefront of digital design.
Product Management; defining and driving a roadmap of optimisations and feature changes to best suit our customers. You’ll work with teams from across the business including Finance,Tech and Marketing to bring the product roadmap to life.
Search Engine Optimisation; designing and delivering content that appeals to our customers, according to keyword ranking and SEO analysis.
Alongside the learnings you’ll get from your rotations, you’ll have a rigorous development plan with leadership development, support to study a qualification, a senior level career mentor and a graduate buddy. You’ll receive regular feedback from your rotation line manager and the Graduate Talent development team to help you to continue to develop.
