As our Digital Analytics Data Analyst, you will add value through analysing business problems and managing the Digital Analytics technologies within the organisation, currently Google Analytics and Celebrus.

In this role, you will engage with the Marketing and Insights teams to understand future roadmaps and support the Digital Analytics Technical Lead in ensuring our technologies are configured and implemented to meet business requirement.

A focus on quality is essential; you will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing quality control, optimisation and governance compliance of our Digital Analytics platforms. Collaborating with Tech teams to understand best practice and build automated alerting and monitoring.

You will be an active learner, keeping up to date with the latest advances in Digital Analytics and Tagging technologies and able to contribute to our future roadmap. You will champion the use of our Digital Analytics technologies; actively sharing your knowledge across the business.

Most importantly, you will have our customers at the heart of everything you do ensuring our solutions contribute to a good customer experience and through the safeguarding and protecting of our customer’s data.

What will it take to be successful as Digital Analytics Data Analyst?

       You will have demonstrable experience of implementing and maintaining Digital Analytics platforms. We currently use Google Analytics 360 stack and Celebrus but happy to consider candidates with experience of other platforms

       You will have experience of Tag Management Solutions. For example; Tealium or Google Tag Manager

       You will have a passion about Digital Analytics and be naturally curious about acquiring new knowledge and best practice

       You will be able to communicate confidently to a variety of audiences

       You will have a strong analytical and problem solving skills

       Our data team operate in agile teams so any experience of agile methodologies is advantageous

       Any exposure to JavaScript from a tracking and tagging perspective is beneficial
